You will die with embarrassment for me when you read about my clanger of the day today... I'm such a dingbat!

Sooooooo, I'm stood talking to a lady at work while she is on her till and she is serving a customer. We are talking about another work colleague who got married this past weekend only there was quite a bit of trouble which unfortunately resulted in the police being called to the reception. So, Janet and I are talking about this and Janet says "poor Suzanne" (the lady that got married). I didn't have time to respond to this when the customer turns to us and says "That's my sister!" and then the customer behind her says "Yeah, and that's my daughter!" I have never wanted the earth to open up and swallow me whole more than I did at that very moment!!!!! I must have gone bright red, HA!

So Janet, being as quick thinking as she could, asked how the newly weds were and if they left for their honeymoon OK while I just stood there like the complete plank that I am packing this lady's shopping bags...

Deary me, I do get myself into some pickles!!!
